A little, craggy cove just east of Trevaunance Cove and found down a very bumpy track from Blue Hills Tin Mine. There’s not much beach to run on, but a babbling stream cuts down from the valley among the remains of engine houses, and paths snake up between the gorse and heather on both sides of the headland. Climb around the rocks to the east of the beach to find the best spot for snorkeling, swimming and fishing.
We come to Trevellas Cove with breakfast, lunch or dinner in tow and have even been known to park up for the night in the camper.
Every Easter Sunday you’ll find the Land’s End Classic Reliability Road Trial run through here – it’s quite a spectacle to watch, as lots of cars and motorbikes traverse the western cliff on the last section of the 24 hour event.
